Hello, my name is Dave Forehand. I believe in working for my clients and treating all my clients like family. I have been helping people, buy, sell, and invest in real estate since mid 2015, or as I like to say, for over 300 successful transactions. Now I say transactions because I have negotiated: Residential homes both Luxury and Starter homes, Multi-family properties, Commercial Properties: commercial land/ structures/ operating businesses, Condos, Vacant Land: farm land/ buildable/ lakefront/ hunting, Probate properties, Bank foreclosures/ REO and last but not least Trailer homes.
 
I have been a broker since January 2022 and believe we never stop learning. I have continued my education to ultimately best serve my clients by getting certified as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, as well as several niche certifications in specifically: REO/ Foreclosures, Probate/Estates, Luxury homes and Accredited Buyer's Agent.
 
When I am not working for my clients, I am spending time with my wonderful wife of 18 years and 2 amazing children, curling, watching Star Wars (only the classics) or working on bettering myself to make things better for my family, fellow curlers and clients.
